RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
閣下收到商品後如發現有任何損壞,請於貨物送抵後3天內whatsapp (+852 55088066) 通知我們產品損壞狀態,並附上照片,以便商討有關換貨安排。於檢查後,我們會為閣下安排更換同款商品(如同款商品售罄或缺貨會給予更換其他款式,退款將不予接受)。對於不符合要求的商品,我們將不予接受更換。若收到錯誤或破損貨品,我們將承擔所有運費。除了以上原因,運費一律皆由顧客自付。而顏色和尺寸偏差:由於不同拍攝的光線和顯示屏不同的原因,顯示出來的顏色各有不同,有機會與實物略有偏差。尺寸是人手量度關係,所以可能會有1-2cm的偏差。
If you find any damage after receiving the goods, please notify us by WhatsApp (+852 55088066) within three days after the goods are delivered. Moreover, please attach a photo of the damage status of the product to discuss the exchange arrangement. After the inspection, we will first arrange the replacement of the same product (if the product is sold over or out of stock, it will be replaced with other styles, and purchases cannot be returned ). Failure to meet the requirements of exchanging goods will result in no replacement from us. If you receive the wrong or damaged items, we will bear all shipping costs. Except for the above reason, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
